Vareena is responsible for managing compliance and operations for the Fund.

Vareena has over fifteen years of experience in people management, communication and office management skills. She commenced her career in Human Resources in Kotak Wealth Management in a generalist role. In 2009, Vareena joined Bay Capital, where her primary responsibility was people and office management (2009-2018). Vareena is based in India.
